Garlic is native to Central Asia and northeastern Iran, and has long been a common seasoning worldwide with a history of several thousand years of human consumption and use.

New Zealand grown ‘Kiwi Garlic’ is grown in the dark fertile volcanic soils of Pukekohe which is located 40 minutes south of Auckland City in the North Island of New Zealand, the area known for it’s high quality fresh fruit and vegetable production.
